Alice in Trippyland
"Of course! They are grade eights after all." She quipped.
Kathryn stood in the middle of a human-made circle, watching a few younger students act like the monkeys they were suspected of being. Edward stood at her side, glancing around warrily and Daniel at her other side.
"Alright Everyone! Listen up! Auditions will begin in a few minutes. If you could all go into the gym, we will call you in here one by one. Would everyone but Arlene Bennett please go now? No, Annette, you stay here too... You're part of the panel after all." Edward said with an air of authority in his voice.
Slowly, everyone began moving except a rahter homely looking girl who simply stood, a look of horror quickly crossing over her face.
Kathryn, Daniel, Edward, and Annette were the oldest students involved in the play. Therefore they were to be on the audition panel. After they chose the few best performers, teachers would choose the final decisions for each part after having callbacks.
As the senior students took their seats, Annette instructed the girl to stand at the back of the room in broken english.
"So ve con see if you con sin' strong-like." Annette said with a gentle smile.
The auditions went on- some painful, some good. Kathryn, however, couldnt be happier when the try-outs ended.
Because of the fact that the rest of the students were in grades 8-9 and they didn't have much experience in theatre, the three oldest students would be chosen for larger parts.
With a sigh, Kathryn tied her shorter blonde hair back with a black ribbon that had been tied originally around her neck.
"So, lets get down to it, shall we?" Kathryn mumbled, pulling a blank peice of paper out of her clipboard. Edward and Daniel nodded but Annettestared blankly ahead at Kathryn as if waiting for something else to be said.
Kathryn groaned. "Edward... It's your turn to 'unstick' Annette..."

Its just a start and probably unbelievably boring right now but its an intro and I'm just gettign warmed up but... you know... check back if you're interested at all...
